RS 777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

Welcome to RS 777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RS 777 ("RS 777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the RS 777 online betting and gaming platform available at rs777.life and any associated applications or services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise accessing RS 777 services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use RS 777.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and RS 777.

For clarity and consistency throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To use RS 777's betting and gaming services, you must first register for an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. By registering you confirm all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing RS 777 from an eligible jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — is accurate, complete and truthful.
• You are registering your own personal account and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a previously excluded or banned RS 777 player attempting to re-register.

One Account Rule: RS 777 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. You may not hold more than one RS 777 account, whether under your own name or under any alias. Only one account per household IP address is permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from RS 777. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your RS 777 account credentials — username, password and any linked payment credentials — secure and confidential. RS 777 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to secure your login information. RS 777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — CNIC, mobile number confirmation or other KYC materials — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. RS 777 accounts are personal and non-transferable.

RS 777 operates a strictly enforced minimum age policy. No person under 18 years of age may register, deposit funds, place bets or play any game on RS 777 under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

RS 777 may request proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani passport or a valid B-Form for those who have recently turned 18. If age verification cannot be completed to RS 777's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any deposits held will be returned (minus any winnings generated by an underage player, which will be forfeited in full).

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not gain access to RS 777 accounts. RS 777 supports parental control tools and recommends installing age-restriction software on shared devices. If you believe a minor has accessed RS 777 through your account, contact us immediately.

RS 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

The minimum deposit on RS 777 is Rs 200. There is no transaction fee charged by RS 777 for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside RS 777's control.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• RS 777 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or any foreign currency deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your RS 777 balance within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 15–30 minutes for IBFT bank transfers.
• RS 777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or any violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your RS 777 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. RS 777 charges no withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

RS 777 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. IBFT bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name. RS 777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• RS 777 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays until identity is confirmed.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• RS 777 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on RS 777 — whether on cricket, esports, card games or other markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as well as these overarching Terms. In case of any conflict, the specific game rules take precedence for game-specific matters; these Terms take precedence for all account, payment and conduct matters.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered confirmed and binding only once RS 777 has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued to your account. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on RS 777.

Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed by RS 777, it cannot be cancelled by the Player, except where RS 777 specifically offers a cash-out or early settlement function and that function is available for the relevant bet at the relevant time.

• RS 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's balance.
• RS 777 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded (late bets) will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.

Cricket-Specific Rules: For ball-by-ball and over-by-over live cricket markets on RS 777, results are determined based on official match data from certified scorekeeping sources. RS 777 live cricket scores are updated in real time, but RS 777 bears no liability for minor data feed delays. In the event of a match being abandoned, DLS method applied or result otherwise subject to official revision, RS 777 follows the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, PCB, ICC etc.).

RS 777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, tournament prize pools and other promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited at RS 777's discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, except for bonuses already credited to a Player's account.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or different payment methods is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• RS 777 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reverse any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the promotion has been exploited or abused.

RS 777 maintains a strict policy against all forms of dishonest, fraudulent and harmful behaviour on the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Any involvement in, knowledge of or bet placement relating to any fixed or corrupt sporting event or game outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any card game on RS 777 to gain an unfair advantage over other participants at the same table.
• System Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to gain an advantage over RS 777 systems or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using RS 777 to process funds derived from illegal activity, or using RS 777 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to launder money.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one RS 777 account for any purpose, including to obtain additional bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes, chargebacks or reversals on RS 777 deposits through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or enabling any person under 18 to access RS 777 services through your account.

RS 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing involvement, money laundering or any criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or bonus abuse.
• At the request of the Player for self-exclusion purposes under the RS 777 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, RS 777 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the balance will be restored and the account reinstated or funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting RS 777 support. Remaining balances (subject to any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

RS 777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of people, betting and gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every RS 777 account holder directly from their account settings, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your RS 777 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been active on RS 777.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from RS 777 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from RS 777. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

RS 777 strives to maintain uninterrupted, error-free platform operation but cannot guarantee this at all times. The following limitations of liability apply:

• RS 777 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, including server outages, internet connectivity interruptions or payment processing delays that are outside our reasonable control.
• RS 777 is not liable for losses you incur as a result of your own betting decisions, game outcomes or misunderstanding of RS 777 rules.
• RS 777 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• In any case where RS 777's liability is established, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits you have made to RS 777 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits RS 777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

RS 777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, RS 777 will notify Players via email (to the registered address on file) and/or via a prominent notice on the RS 777 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your continued use of RS 777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using RS 777 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of RS 777, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. RS 777 operates in compliance with all applicable regulations relevant to its operational jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and RS 777, we encourage you to contact our support team first. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through our 24/7 support channels. RS 777 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
